"Like being in a boat" Located
only 20 feet from the ocean. The best surfing, snorkeling and scuba diving on
Kauai is directly in front of the condo complex. An 18-hole golf course is only
1 mile away. The famous Beach House Restaurant is 50 feet to the west of the
building or as you look at the picture above it is directly to the left of the
complex. The estate, including a spectacular beach, where the TV series Fantasy
Island was filmed is 2 miles to the west of the condo and is open to the
public. The famous (spouting horn) is 1 mile to the west.
SNORKELING
According to a study by Sunset and Hawaii
Magazine, the reef in front of the condo that extends out 400 yards and then
drops into the ocean is among the best snorkeling on Kauai. The maximum depth
is approximately 30 feet. The crystal clear water of the reef is the home of
giant sea turtles, beautiful tropical fish and at times seals and dolphins.
SURFING
Three of the best surfing spots in the
Hawaiian Islands; P.K.’s, Centers and Acid Drop, sit directly in front of the
complex.
BODY BOARDING
Kauai Classic Body Boarding team, which
consistently places at least three of its members in the top 10 of world body
boarders trains directly in front of the condo at P.K.’s. From your lanai or
deck you can watch some of the most spectacular body boarding and surfing in
the world.
ROMANTIC SUNSETS
You can watch spectacular sunsets from the
condo, from the sea wall or from the lawn in front of the Beach House Restaurant.
SANDY BEACHES
Access to the reef is from two sandy beaches
to the left and right of the complex.
HEALTH FIRST ENVIRONMENT
In an effort to provide the most pleasurable
environment for all, all condos are strictly non-smoking. NO SMOKING is
allowed inside, and NO PETS are allowed.
QUALITY OF CONDOS
In 2008 the entire complex was remodeled and
the condo was extensively remodeled. Condo has extensive use of mirrors. Each
room has a beautiful ceiling fan. The condo has new
king size beds, new living room furniture, remodeled bathrooms, and new wood
floors in bedrooms. The kitchen has all new appliances including a new stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and sink. The condo also has a color TV, Blu-ray DVD player, CD player and high speed internet.
OCEAN VIEWS
The condo has ceiling to floor windows facing
south and wrapping around and facing west down the coastline toward the sunset.
- Condo
#214, a two bedroom condo, also has a wrap-around view facing not only the
ocean, 25 feet away (south) but also has a ceiling to floor window view
(west facing) directly at the sunset and the coastline from the living
room and the dining room.

LOCATION
Call me and I can show you the exact location
of each condo from the photo of the building. The view from the second floor is
approximately the same as a view from a boat.
The ocean is so close that if you are more
than 10 feet away from the phone you will not hear the phone, you will only
hear the ocean pounding on the rocks below which will lull you into sleeping
like a new-born baby.
